7 suspected terrorists arrested in Kabul

Afghan intelligence department has arrested seven suspected terrorists in Kabul who were involved in a number of suicide car bomb blasts in the capital city for the past one year including the February attacks that killed seven Indians. The arrested persons have also been blamed for an attack in Kabul last week in which 20 people killed. Sayed Ansari, spokesman of Afghan National Security Directorate told a press conference in Kabul that the detainees are all Afghans who received suicide attack training in neighboring Pakistan. The spokesman said, it is clear that the intelligence service of their neighboring country has its role in the training and supporting of this terrorist group. Afghanistan has often accused Pakistan intelligence agency of supporting Taliban-led groups but Pakistan refutes such charges.
