Police in Irish Republic say they have arrested seven Muslims over an alleged plot to murder a Swedish cartoonist who drew the Prophet Mohammed with a body of a dog. The suspects four men and three women were detained after an international security investigation. The pictures by cartoonist Lars Vilks Wilks was published in Sweden in 2007. Islamic militants have put a reward of one hundred thousand dollars on the cartoonist's head.
