Police in Irish Republic say they have arrested seven Muslims over an alleged plot to murder a Swedish cartoonist who drew the Prophet Mohammed with a body of a dog. <br/> <br/>The suspects four men and three women were detained after an international security investigation. The pictures by cartoonist Lars Vilks Wilks was published in Sweden in 2007.<br/> <br/>Islamic militants have put a reward of one hundred thousand dollars on the cartoonist's head. <br/>
