The government has targeted seven crore families to provide housingloan at affordable interest rates.Finance Minister Arun Jatiley todaytold the Lok Sabha that 31 per cent of them belonged to urban areas.Responding to supplementaries during the question hour, he said thegovernment has separate schemes for families living in both urban andrural areas.
