Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Narayan Rane has informed the Lok Sabha that 65 per cent of MSMEs surveyed during the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic have availed the benefits under the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme.<br />''In a written reply, Mr. Rane said around 36 per cent of the respondents also availed loans under the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for MSME scheme.<br />''<br />''He said, the Ministry had assigned a study to SIDBI to assess the impact of change in the classification of MSMEs. The study also assessed losses suffered by the MSME sector due to COVID-19 pandemic.<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">He said study was conducted across 20 states and two Union Territories which included more than one thousand twenty nine MSMEs and the report was submitted on 27th of last month this year.</span><br />
