The district Guardian Minister  Dr. Nitin Rauat appealed to the people to celebrate this festival in their homes  in a simple manner. The Secretary of Param Poojya Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Samiti  Dr.  Sudheer  Fulzee has  also appealed to people not to be together in crowds today at Deekshabhoomi.<br />''<br />''Various Programs, Seminars are also arranged on online platforms  to  mark  Dhammachakra Pravartan day.  Buddhist all over the world celebrate this day when Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar  embraced Buddhism with his million of followers in Nagpur's holy Deekshabhoomi in 1956 on the occasion of Vijayadashami.</span><br />
