In Assam, 6,000 stranded people are undertaking inter- district bus journey today. Managing Director of the Assam State Transport Corporation, A P Tiwari said that 200 long distances buses are being operated today. <br />'' <br />'' He said that all  the norms including social distancing are being strictly followed while operating the buses. Yesterday Transport department had pressed  323 buses into services for facilitating the travel of around 5,000 registered passengers for journey in 18 districts. It may be recalled that inter- district movement  has been allowed only for 3 days by the state government. <br />'' <br />''Assam government has also provided bus services to help stranded students to return home from Kota.<br />
