In Madhya Pradesh, about six thousand houses have been constructed for the poor under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM). AIR Bhopal correspondent reports that these houses have been constructed in Bhopal , Indore, Ujjain and Jabalpur, and more than 20 thousand houses are under construction. A sum of 704 crore has been sanctioned for 22 housing scheme in these cities
