A small boat carrying around  60 migrants  capsized off Guinea-Bissau coast , according to  port official. Commander Siga Batista said that a narrow wooden fishing vessel, sank on Monday night off the impoverished West African country. No survivors have been found but local radio stations have asked fishermen to tell authorities if they spot any bodies or passengers still alive.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Mr.Batista said that Due to the poor  financial situation,there are difficulties in  organising  rescue operation.</span><br />
