In Uttar Pradesh, six more people have succumbed to the deadly encephalitis or brain fever in the eastern region during the past 36 hours. With this, the death toll due to the disease has mounted to 350 this year. AIR Gorakhpur correspondent reports that as many as 323 patients are being treated at different government hospitals of the region.
