Parthiv Patel and Ajinkya Rahane made a steady start for India in the 5th and final cricket ODI between India and England in Cardiff today . The start of the match was delayed due to rains. Earlier, England won the toss and elected to field. India were 38 for no loss when reports last came in. This will be the visitors' last match of the tour and also the last One Day International of Indian batting genius Rahul Dravid who has announced his retirement from One day cricket. Besides skipper , Mahindra Singh Dhoni, the other members of the team include R.Vinay Kumar who replaces injured Praveen Kumar, A.M.Rahane, Parthiv Patel, Virat Kohli, Raveendra Jadeja and Suresh Raina.India is still without a win in all formats of the game against England on this tour. England routed India 4-0 in the test series and then won the Twenty20 match by six wickets. Now they are leading the ODI series 2-0, with cancellation of one match and the other ending in a tie.
