The 5th Jaffna International Trade Fair was inaugurated by Consul General of India in Jaffna, Mr. V. Mahalingam today. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Mahalingam said that India is the partner country at the Fair for the fifth consecutive year.Jaffna International Trade Fair, held in the Northern Province of Sri Lanka every year, showcases industrial, agricultural and other products and services related to small and medium sized businesses relevant to the Jaffna peninsula.A large number of Indian companies are participating in the Jaffna Trade Fair to strike business deals with the local entrepreneurs.
