In Thailand, authorities today reported that at least 59 people have died and 3.2 millions been affected by floods in the country. According to a report issued by the Emergency Medical Institute of Thailand, 36 provinces in northern, northeastern, eastern and central plains are currently inundated while flood waters in 11 provinces have receded. A Report says, 3.2 million people have been affected and 1.1 million households ravaged by the floods which had been raging since October 10 as the monsoon rains hit the country.
