The 57th National School Games was thrown open in Jammu today. Participants from 19 states and union territories are taking part in the six day long tournament. Jammu and Kashmir Minister for Youth Services and Sports R. S. Chib inaugurated the Games at the M A Studium . He said two championships — cricket under 19 for girls and Wushu also for under 19 for both boys and girls — are being organised as part of the event .
