The FIH Men's Hockey Junior World Cup being held in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, is approaching the Grand Finale tomorrow when Argentina and Germany will be fighting in the final. The two teams will be facing each other for the second time in the tournament. Earlier, in a closely fought pool match, Germany beat Argentina 3-2.
Hosts and defending champions India will fight it out for the bronze medal when they take on France on the same day. India has faced one defeat at the hands of France earlier in the tournament.
Yesterday, in the semi-final, hosts lost to Germany 2-4 and in the first semi-final, Argentina defeated France in a shootout after both teams could not score a goal in stipulated time.
Belgium will play the Netherlands in an all-European battle for the fifth spot while Malaysia and Spain will regroup to contest for the seventh spot.
