The Indian men's hockey team got the better of Malaysia by 4-2 in the 4-Nations Invitational tournament in Melbourne today. It is India's first win in the round robin competition. While Nikkin Thimmaiah scored a brace, Rupinder Pal Singh and Akashdeep Singh accounted for the other two goals. The scorers for Malaysia were Faizal Saari and Shahril Saabah. India will next play New Zealand on Saturday.
