<span style="color: #222222;">The Centre today said no Kashmiri Pandit working under the Prime Minister's Development Package, PMDP, has resigned recently in protest of the killing of a Kashmiri Pandit in Kashmir Valley. This information is provided by the governments of Jammu and Kashmir. In a written reply in the Lok Sabha, Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai said under the PMDP 5502 Kashmiri migrants have been provided government jobs.<br />''&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<br />''He said the government has also approved construction of 6000 transit accommodations for Kashmiri Migrant employees engaged and to be engaged in different departments of Government of Jammu and Kashmir in the valley.<br />''&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<br />''The minister said the Government of Jammu and Kashmir launched a portal on 7th September last year to address the grievances of Kashmiri Migrants.<br />''&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<br />''&nbsp;Replying to another question, Mr Rai said the government has taken several measures to protect the citizens. It includes proactive operations against terrorists, identification, and arrest of overground workers of terrorism. He said action against members of banned and supporters organizations, intensified night patrolling and checking at Nakas, security arrangements through appropriate deployment, coordination meetings amongst security agencies, high level of alertness maintained by the security forces, legal action in cases of terror funding also included in the measures.</span><br />
