Ace Indian shuttler Saina Nehwal has sailed into the quarterfinals of the prestigious All England Badminton Championship in Birmingham. In the second round of the Women's Singles today, the World No. 2 defeated Thailand's Busanan Ongbumrungphan in straight games 21-16, 21-9. Last night, India's B Sai Praneeth stunned fans around the world, by defeating two-time Olympic silver medallist and former World No. 1 Lee Chong Wei of Malaysia in the opening round in straight games 24-22, 22-20. Kidambi Srikanth and Sameer Verma also entered the second round. However, P V Sindhu bowed out losing in the first round.
