In Bihar, an estimated 55 percent voting in the by-elections to LAUKAHA assembly seat. The polling passed off peacefully. Counting of votes will be on the December 4th.13 candidates including Satish Kumar Sah of Janata Dal (United), Ram Sundar Tarait of Congress and Mukhtar Ahmad of RJD are in the fray.The polling was necessitated following the death of Minster Hari Prasad Sah.
