In a massive administrative reshuffle the Bihar government has transferred 55 IAS and 99 IPS officers. It includes three divisional commissioners and 22 district magistrates. Police officers who have been transferred are in the rank of Superintendent of Police and above. AIR Patna correspondent reports that senior IAS officer Ravikant has been made new Cabinet Secretary of the state.
