The Chef De Missions of the eight participating countries of the upcoming South Asian Games have expressed satisfaction on the progress of the games infrastructure in Guwahati. The Organising Committee have also assured the Chef De Missions that all games related ongoing works would be completed by end of this month.Official sources said that the Chief Executive Officer of the Guwahati Injeti Srinivas conveyed it to them during a meeting held in Guwahati today. They have visited various games venues in Guwahati . Several senior officials including Secretary in the Sports ministry and Guwahati Police Commissioner attended the meeting. Tomorrow they will visit Shillong. The 12th South Asian Games will be held in Guwahati and Shillong from 5th of the next month.
