Ajinkya Rahane's century helps India take a lead of over 300 runs against Sri Lanka on the fourth day of the second Cricket Test in Colombo. The visitors took 87 runs lead in the first innings. When reports last came in, India were 224 for 3. Rahane and Rohit Sharma were at the crease.India added 109 runs losing 2 wickets in the pre-Lunch session. Murali Vijay was out for 82 runs while Virat Kohli was out for 10 runs.The visitors lost KL Rahul in the first over of their second innings, before Vijay and Rahane saw them through to stumps on the third day. They have secured a first-innings lead of 87 runs having bowled out the hosts for 306 runs in reply to their first inning's score of 393.Angelo Mathews scored his sixth Test century but Sri Lanka lost their way thereafter, losing their last seven wickets for 65 runs. Amit Misra was the most successful bowler grabbing four wickets.
