Bangladesh cricket fans and supporters have severely criticised the umpires' controversial decisions that seems to have affected Bangladesh's performance in the World Cup Cricket Quarter Finals match against India in Melbourne yesterday. Cricket fans took to the streets demonstrating and protesting by burning effigies of Umpires Aleem Dhar and Ian Gould in capital Dhaka and in some parts of the country. Social media has been flooded with outrage from both supporters and celebrities alike slamming the umpires for their controversial decisions. The most controversial decision appears to be the umpires' no ball decision which robbed Bangladesh of Rohit Sharma's wicket in the 40th over of the match in a full toss by Robel Hossain.
