President of international Cricket Council AHM Mustafa Kamal has said that Bangladesh will appeal against the controversial decisions of the umpire during the quarter-final match between India and Bangladesh in Melbourne yesterday. Kamal also Minister of Planning of B angladesh said he would resign as ICC Chief protesting against the controversial umpiring decisions while taking to a Dhaka-based TV station. Saying that the umpires have taken the field against Bangladesh, he questioned the quality of umpiring during the match. Umpire Ian Gouch no balled Rubel Hossain in a seemingly waist-high full toss in the 40th over of the match which shocked Bangladesh cricket supporters all over the country.
