The 75th Senior National and Inter-State Table Tennis Championships will begin at the Pataliputra Sports Complex in Patna today. Top paddlers of the country, including Sharath Kamal, Soumyajit Ghosh, K. Shamini, Mouma Das and Neha Agrawal will be seen in action in the championships.About 600 players from different states and Union Territories, besides two institutional teams – Petroleum Sports Promotion Board and Railways Sports Promotion Board – in Men's and 30 teams in women's sections including two Institutional ones – Petroleum Sports Promotion Board and Airport Authority of India – are participating in the six-day tournament.
