Afghanistan's national cricket team has qualified for the ICC World Twenty20 cup 2014, defeating Kenya by 34 runs. In ICC World T20 qualifier in Sharjah on Sunday Afghanistan secured its sixth consecutive success.Batting first, Afghan team scored 148 runs in 20 overs losing nine wickets. The Kenyan team could make only score 114 runs in 18 overs. After qualifying for the ICC World Cup 2015 in October 2013, this is another major victory of Afghanistan in the Cricket.
