India has entered the quarterfinals of the 17th Asian Senior Men's Volleyball Championship in Dubai. The men in blue defeated Bahrain 25-20, 25-23, 23-25, 28-26 in a four set match which lasted for about an hour and a half today. Indian spikers carried on from their excellent performance against Australia in the previous match to make it to the last 16 of the championship. Indian Team Coach Dr. Birsingh Yadav praised the performance of the team and said that the team has the potential to bring medal for the country in the tournament.
