The USA team dominated the medals table with 29 medals at the World Swimming Championships held in Barcelona, Spain.China came second with 9 medals while France was third and Australia fourth.Another highlight of the world event has been that teenage girls ruled the pool.US startlet Missy Franklin who is 18, claimed a historic six golds.It made her the first women to win six titles at a world championships.Lithuania's Ruta Meilutyte and Katie Ledecky of the US, who are both 16, broke two world records each.
