India's ace paddler Achanta Sharath Kamal will lock horns with Germany's Timo Boll later tonight, in the Men's Singles second round of the World Table Tennis Championships, currently underway in the French capital, Paris. World No. 69 Sharath had, yesterday, defeated Spaniard Carlos Machado 4-2 in the first round. India's hopes now rest on Sharath, as all the other Indian paddlers have bowed out of the competition.In the Mixed Doubles round of 32 today, the Indian duo of Soumyajit Ghosh and Mouma Das lost to the pair of Peng Tang and Nam Wing from Hong Kong, 2-4.
