Parupalli Kashyap, Sai Praneeth B, and P V Sindhu have entered the second round of the Singles event in the Badminton Asia Championships. In the first round of the Men's Singles at Taipei on Wednesday, World Number Seven Kashyap beat South Korea's Ji Hoon Hong in three games 18-21, 21-15, 22-20. Sai Praneeth B made it to the second round after beating Mohamed Ajfan Rasheed 21-10 21-12. In the women's singles, upcoming star Sindhu defeated Tsz Ka Chan of Hong Kong 21-18, 21-19 in her opening round fixture.
