Air India's newly-acquired Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft started its long-haul international operations on Monday with a flight to Frankfurt .The flight from Delhi to the German city took off from the Indira Gandhi International Airport of New Delhi.AIR correspondent reports that the Dreamliner aircraft is a modern fuel efficient aircraft which has long-range, mid-size wide-body and twin-engine jet. The aircraft is equipped with 18 business class seats and 238 in the economy class.So far, Air India has received three Dreamliners from the US-based aircraft manufacturer Boeing.
