<span style="color: #222222;">Karnataka today reported 523 new COVID-19 cases, 380 discharges and six deaths due to the pandemic.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">There are 5,638 active cases in the state, out of which 121 are in ICU.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The patients with UK strain of virus are 25 in the state.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Bengaluru urban district has reported the highest number of positive cases standing at 329.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It also reported five deaths today.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">There are 54 persons in ICU in the district.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The district also has reported cluster outbreaks in Yelahanka zone.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">A college, residential apartment and a Paying Guest accomodation were declared as Containment Zones after reporting of over five positive cases from these cluster outbreaks.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The health bulletin issued by the Health Department says that the state has recorded 0.71 per cent positivity rate and 1.14 per cent case fatality rate today.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The number of tests conducted during the last 24 hours were 73,432 and out of which 68,982 were RT-PCR tests.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
