On the last day of the Asian shooting championship in Doha, Indian shooters won three Golds. Manavjeet Singh won gold in the trap shooting. Though Imran Hasan Khan was placed fifth in the 50 meter rifle shooting event, he too could make it to the Olympics. The gold medal in this event also went to India's Sanjeev Rajput. Gagan Narang bagged a bronze in this event. These apart, Indian boys won a gold in the team event. National coach Sunny Thomas expressed happiness over the success of the Indian boys.
