India bagged a bronze at the four-Nation women hockey tournament at Buenos Aires in Argentina. India defeated Ireland 4-2 in the penalty shootout. None of the teams could draw first blood in the opening half, with the score tied goal-less at the end of the opening 35 minutes.Michelle Harvey of Ireland broke the deadlock in the 51st minute by converting a penalty corner, helping Ireland take a 1-0 lead. Just 4 minutes later, India's Deep Grace Ekka equalised successfully converting a penalty corner. A fierce battle unfolded but even then none could break the stalemate, with the score line reading 1-1 at the end of regulation and extra time.In the penalty shootout, four Indian players Rani, Ritu Rani, Vandana Katariya and Anuradha Devi found the net, while Watkins and Daly were the players, who scored for Ireland.
