In Shooting, India yesterday bagged a silver medal in the Men's as well as Team 10-metre Air Rifle event at the fourth Asian Airgun Shooting Championships in Sulaibia near Kuwait City.Abhinav shot 594 in the qualifying and 103.6 in the finals to bag Silver in the Men's 10-metre air rifle event.The Gold went to Zhu Qinan of China who ended 2.6 points ahead of Bindra.Qinan had shot 598 points in the qualifications.The Bronze also went to India, with Satyendra Singh scoring 593 in the qualifying and 103.7 in the finals.Multiple gold medalists in the Delhi Commonwealth Games last year, Gagan Narang finished seventh with a total of 694.5 points.In the 10-metre air rifle team event, the team of Abhinav Bindra, Satyendra Singh and Gagan Narang totalled 1,779 points, to settle for a silver medal.China totaled 1,786 points to claim Gold, while the Bronze went to Iran.In the Women's category, India was below par as none of the shooters made it to the finals.
