Indian pugilists, Devendro Singh Laishram, Jai Bhagwan, Manoj Kumar and Vikas Krishan will today box in their respective categories for a semi-final berth in the World Boxing Championships at Azerbaijan. While Devendro Laishram will lock horns with Korean Jong Hoon Shin in the light fly weight category, Jai Bhagwan will slug it out with Gani Zhailauov of Kazakhstan in the light weight category. In the light welter weight section, Manoj Kumar will fight Briton Thomas Lee Stalker and Vikas Krishan will face Vasilii Belous of Moldova in the welter weight division. Except Dinesh Kumar, who lost his pre-quarterfinal bout in the light heavy weight category, all the pugilists had yesterday qualified for the 2012 London Olympics.
