In the World Boxing Championships, in Baku, Azerbaijan, two Indian boxers – Laishram Devendro and Jai Bhagwan have entered the pre-quarterfinals today. While Devendro defeated Mexican Joselito Velazquez Altamirano 40-19 in the 49 kg category, Jai Bhagwan overcame Czech Miroslav Serban in the 60 kg division with a 14-6 scoreline.Two more Indians – Akhil Kumar and Manpreet Singh – will also figure in today's bouts in their respective categories.
