An estimated over 52 percent electorate cast their votes in the secondphase of the Bihar Assembly elections which came to a close a shortwhile ago. The final voting percentage is yet to be ascertained and itis likely to increase as reports from remote areas are not availableyet.The polling was peaceful amid tight security arrangements in 47constituencies including some in the naxal-infested areas.
