In Hissar by-poll more than 52 per cent polling has been recorded till now in all the nine assembly segments of the Parliamentary constituency. Voters are participating in polling enthusiastically as the end of polling time is coming close the voters are rushing to the polling booths to cast their votes. The polling which started at 8 a.m. will end at 5 p.m. today.
