Novak Djokovic of Serbia won the Men's Singles title in the Wimbledon Tennis Championships in London last night.In the final match, he defeated defending champion Rafael Nadal of Spain in four sets 6-4, 6-1, 1-6, 6-3. Djokovic won the title in his maiden appearance in the final.In mixed doubles, Mahesh Bhupathi failed to notch up his third title as he and his partner Elena Vesnina were outplayed by Jurgen Melzerand Iveta Benesova in straight sets in the final.The fourth seeded Indo-Russian pair lost 3-6, 2-6 to their ninth seeded opponents in a 51-minute summit clash at the center court.
