Issues relevant to indirect tax administration for effective governance, revenue mobilisation, goods and services tax, managing innovation efficiency and promoting two-way coordination are likely to dominate the agenda of a two-day annual conference of income tax Chief commissioners in New Delhi on Wednesday. The conference will be inaugurated by Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee. Minister of State for Finance S.S.Palanimanickam,Unique Identification Authority of India (UID) Chairman Nandan Nilkeni and Chief Economic Advisor Kaushik Basu would also address the conference.
