Labour and Employment Minister Mallik Arjun Kharge has said that hire and fire will not be allowed. In an exclusive interview to All India Radio Kharge said that that hire and fire policy, will create disturbance in industry and ultimately result in hampering production . He said that there is a need for a balance on protecting the interest of the labour and production of the manufacturing units at the same time, which should not suffer from lack of cooperation from the workers.
