Novak Djokovic of Serbia has won the Australian Open Men's Singles title. In the final in Melbourne today, he defeated Andy Murray of Britain in straight sets 6-4, 6-2, 6-3. This is the second Australian Open Crown for Djokovic. Earlier, he lifted the title in 2008. The defeat ended Murray's hopes of becoming Britain's first male Grand Slam winner since Fred Perry achieved it in 1936.
