Around 51 percent voter turnout was recorded during the fourth phase of elections in 42 constituencies in Bihar today. AIR Correspondent reports that maximum 55 per cent polling was recorded in Begusarai. Political fortune of 568 candidats including 58 women were sealed in EVMs after today's poll. State Chief Electoral Officer Sudhir Kumar Rakesh told AIR that around 47 percent voters have excercised their right to franchise in by-election of Banka parliamentary constituency.
