India is all set to take on Hosts Bangladesh in the semi-finals of the Bangabandhu SAFF championships at Dhaka today. The match will be played at 8.30 p.m IST at the Bangabandhu National Stadium.India finished second in its group defeating Nepal and Afghanistan but lost its match against Maldives. Bangladesh on the other hand finished on top of group B winning its matches against Srilanka and Bhutan while they drew their match against Pakistan.The Indian team is faced with problems of injury to midfielders Jagpreet Singh and Manish Maathani, but Coach Sukhwinder Singh is confident that that his boys will be able to win the match against Bangladesh despite the team having a home advantage. In the second semifinal, Group A toppers Maldives will play against Sri-lanka today.
