Allaying all apprehensions, the Organising Committee for the Commonwealth Games said that all preparation for the Games will be completed on time. br/br/Addressing media in New Delhi on Wednesday, the Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Suresh Kalmadi said that athletes village will be ready by March next year, while the other projects related to the games will be completed by December this year. br/br/He also said that fool-proof security will be provided for the games. Mr. Kalmadi said that the concerns expressed by the President of the Commonwealth Games Federation, Mr. Michael Fennell is a wake up call. He expressed confidence that there will be no further delay in the completion of any of the projects. br/br/The assurances by Mr. Kalmadi come a fortnight before the General Assembly of Commonwealth Games Federation takes place in New Delhi. The Assembly will review the progress of the preparations for the games. Seventy one nations will take part in the Games to be held in October next year
