The marathon polling for the world's biggest democratic elections will come to an end tomorrow after a high voltage and one of the most bitter campaigns in recent history. The final round tomorrow involves remaining 41 out of the total 543 Lok Sabha seats. These includes 17 seats in West Bengal, 18 in Uttar Pradesh and six in Bihar.
In Uttar Pradesh, a total of 328 candidates including 14 women are in fray. Over 19 thousand 800 polling stations are being set up and about 1 lakh 50 thousand poll personnel deployed to conduct the voting.
AIR Patna correspondent reports, most of the polling parties and security personnel have already reached their destinations.
AIR Kolkata correspondent says, final phase of Parliamentary elections will cover 7 districts of North and South 24 Paraganas, Nadia, Murshidabad, East and West Midnapur and Kolkata.
