Over 50 per cent voting has been recorded in the 5th and final phase of assembly elections in Jharkhand so far. 16 seats are going to poll in this round of the 5 phased elections amidst tight security. AIR District Correspondents report that polling is brisk in rural areas in comparison to urban localities. Around 75,000 security personnel and 10 chopper have been presed into service to ensure peaceful polls as most of the places are maoist hit areas. A couple of minor incidents have been reported from Palamu and Chatra but with no casualties. The counting of votes will take place on 23rd of this month. <br/>
