5 persons including BSF personnel arrested for involvement in espionage racket

Espionage racket with Pakistan's agency ISI links has been busted with arrest of five persons including BSF personnel from Jammu and Kolkata. Crime branch of Delhi police yesterday arrested a serving BSF official along with a handler of Pakistan Intelligence Operative from Jammu and Kashmir for supplying crucial documents pertaining to national security to the ISI. According to police, Kafaitullah Khan who is working as a Library Assistant at a Government School in Rajouri district, is the handler procuring secret and confidential information detrimental to the security of the country. Police also said that the other arrested person, Abdul Rasheed, is a Head Constable posted in the Intelligence Wing of Border Security Force in Rajouri, who turned out to be one of the main source of the handler. <br/><br/>Earlier yesterday, Special Task Force of Kolkata Police arrested three persons from Southern part of the city for their alleged link to the ISI. According to Police sources, the trio were working as contract labourer of the Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Limited and were arrested from Iqbalpur area. They said, fake Indian currencies and several incriminating documents were recovered from their possession.
