In Ukraine, five people were killed and several others injured in an explosion at a hospital in Lugansk city today when a number of oxygen tanks exploded in a ward of the Lungask hospital. <br/><br/>The Health Ministry said more than six hundred people were in the hospital at the time of the blast. The prime minister's office in Kiev said that the explosion pulled down several floors of the hospital.<br/>
